And accommodation booking and venue finding are only part of the story. We bring our experience and resourcefulness to bear on producing and managing events, too. Trusting us with bookings, our clients are looking to us for more.
But what really sets us apart is that, as we’ve responded to and developed in our rapidly changing marketplace, we have continued to be friendly, personable, honest and expert in all that we do. And that’s not as easy as it is sounds.
On top of all this, we are independent. No powerful corporate chain has us in its back pocket. Which means we’re always able to offer you the best advice and the best options, without feeling the heat from any so-called vested interests.
As a result of our independence and experience – and because we’re booking for events day-in-day-out – we’ll always be able to present you with just the right range of options for you to choose from, no matter what your requirements.
Added to all this, we believe that small is beautiful. That’s why, when you work with us, you will only ever deal with our small core team – no matter how large and complex your needs. Which means we really get to know you and exactly what you’re looking for.
We’re unashamedly intuitive, too. Our hunch is that, in this electronic, virtual age, our clients still value the human touch we bring to every area of our work – the warmth of real people, really caring about what they do and who they do it for.
And the bottom line? There are no add-on costs in what we do unless they are clearly spelled out . As a rule, we simply earn our commissions directly from the bookings we make for you; commissions that don’t bump up the cost you then pay, but are included in the discounted prices we secure.*
*It would be easy and legitimate for us to sell our booking service as largely ‘free’ – because that’s what it looks and feels like to our clients. But we are committed to transparency. So we tell it like it is. For instance, very occasionally we have to charge a small percentage administration charge – depending on the way we share the booking process with our client.
